n999com Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

By accessing or using any part of the n999com platform — whether that's placing a sports bet, joining a Teen Patti table, playing a fishing game, or simply browsing the site — you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before you do anything else.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and n999com. They apply to all products and services offered through the n999com platform, including sports betting, esports betting, live casino, Teen Patti, fishing games, and any promotional or loyalty programme offered by n999com from time to time.

n999com is a platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All payment methods referenced in these terms are those commonly used in Pakistan — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Definitions Used in These Terms

To register and use n999com, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. n999com does not permit minors to register, play, or access any real-money features of the platform.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
• You must not be using n999com on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of n999com or any of its affiliated companies.

n999com reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a CNIC copy, a photograph, or proof of the payment method you are using. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being temporarily restricted.

By registering with n999com, you confirm that all information you provide is truthful and that you are playing with funds that belong to you personally and were obtained legitimately.

Your n999com account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. n999com is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone — including family members or friends.
• Log out of n999com when using a shared or public device.
• Notify n999com support immediately at support@n999com.app if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

Account Suspension and Closure

n999com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Operating more than one account.
• Using the platform for any fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purpose.
• Exploiting technical errors, bonus loopholes, or any form of advantage play that disadvantages other players or n999com.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions (chargebacks).

Where an account is closed for breach of these terms, n999com will determine whether any remaining balance is returnable based on the nature of the breach. Any bonus credits are forfeited immediately upon closure. Real-money balances resulting from legitimate deposits and play may be returned following investigation.

You may close your own n999com account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets or bonuses in play at the time of closure will be handled according to standard rules. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered Pakistani payment method within 5 business days.

All financial transactions on n999com are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit at n999com is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though VIP tier limits apply as described in the VIP Club terms.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be reversed.
• n999com does not charge any fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits processed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay typically appear in your n999com account within seconds. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes.
• n999com reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on large deposits before funds are made available for wagering.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal at n999com is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies to all players.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or before any large withdrawal is processed. This includes providing a copy of your CNIC and proof of your payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash — 3 to 10 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay — 5 to 15 minutes; IBFT — 15 to 45 minutes; Visa/Mastercard — 1 to 3 business days.
• VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing with reduced times as detailed in the VIP Club section.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money winnings derived from bonus play (after meeting wagering requirements) are withdrawable.

n999com offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, monthly cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus credits. The specific requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Validity period: Bonus credits and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. n999com uses technical means to detect and prevent multiple welcome bonus claims.
• Bonuses claimed in breach of these terms will be voided, along with any winnings derived from them.
• n999com reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Cashback credits issued through the VIP Club programme are calculated on net losses as defined in the VIP Club terms and are credited on the first of each calendar month.

All bets placed on n999com — whether on sports, esports, Teen Patti, fishing games, or any other product — are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify your bet details before submitting. n999com cannot reverse a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described below.

Void Bets

A bet placed on n999com may be declared void and your stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled or postponed beyond a reasonable period, as defined by n999com's sports trading team.
• A confirmed pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed (e.g., odds displayed at 100x due to a technical fault).
• A live dealer game is interrupted by a technical failure before a result is determined.
• A fishing game session is disconnected due to a server error before the round is completed.

Technical Interruptions

n999com operates on robust infrastructure and maintains 99%+ uptime. However, in the event of a genuine technical failure affecting game outcomes, n999com's decision on how to handle affected bets and stakes is final. We will always aim to resolve these situations in the fairest possible way for all affected players.

Prohibited Betting Behaviour

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets on n999com is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players in any card game or multiplayer format is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, odds errors, or bonus mechanics for guaranteed profit ("advantage play") is prohibited.
• Placing bets designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event is a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

n999com is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following standards apply across the platform:

• All non-live games — including fishing games, slots, and digital Teen Patti — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and unpredictable.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all non-live games are published and reviewed regularly. n999com does not manipulate RTP figures to disadvantage players at specific times or in response to account behaviour.

If you believe a game result on n999com was unfair or technically incorrect, you have the right to raise a dispute by contacting support@n999com.app within 48 hours of the relevant event. We will investigate all disputes fairly and respond with a decision within 5 business days.

n999com takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity. We are committed to providing tools and support for any player who feels their gaming is becoming problematic.

The following tools are available to all n999com account holders at no cost and with no restriction on their use:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification that alerts you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from your n999com account for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account remains accessible for viewing history but cannot be used for wagering during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from n999com. Once self-exclusion is requested, it cannot be reversed. Your account will be closed and you will not be eligible to re-register.

n999com will not send promotional communications to any player who has activated a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. Our support team is trained to respond to responsible gaming concerns with care and without any pressure to continue playing.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with n999com's Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By creating an n999com account, you consent to n999com collecting, processing, and storing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Your payment information is processed securely and is never stored in full on n999com's systems.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any n999com content without express written permission.
• The n999com brand name, logo, and any associated marks are trademarks of n999com. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party game developers on the n999com platform is licensed by those developers and subject to their respective intellectual property terms.

n999com provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain 99%+ uptime and a stable, fair gaming environment, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

• n999com is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• n999com is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a player's decision to bet or play. All gaming involves risk and past performance is not indicative of future results.
• n999com is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• n999com's total liability to any individual player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during that month.

Nothing in these terms limits n999com's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other matter where limiting liability would be unlawful.

n999com reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a notification to logged-in players the next time they access the platform after the change.
• For significant changes, send an email notification to the address registered on your account.

Continued use of n999com after a change to these Terms and Conditions has been notified constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
